PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are marked in euros (€), including taxes, either EU VAT or duties for international cases.
TERRITORY, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver our products internationally, under the following conditions:
* For Spain (peninsula only) shipments are free and we estimate a delivery time of 2-5 business days.
* For Balearic Island, Portugal and France the shipping cost is 5 euros and the estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
* For Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, the shipping cost is 10 euros and the estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days.
* For Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, the shipping cost is 15 euros and the estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days.
* For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe (Finland, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland), the shipping cost is 30 euros and the estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days.
For reasons beyond our control (strikes in the sector, etc.) the period could be increased to 30 days. However, this period would be exceptional.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments will be made at the time of confirming the order and will be made through the secure payment Stripe.
The form of payment accepted are: PayPal and credit card.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
The customer will have a period of fourteen (14) business days, according to the official calendar of their place of residence to return the order, counting from the date of delivery in accordance with Articles 68 and following and 101 and following from the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007 of 16 November).
You can make changes to a model or size, if there is stock.
To request an exchange or refund you must contact us via email, providing us with your information, the reasons for the return and in case of exchange the chosen option and we’ll send a courier for collection.
The items must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories and in perfect condition.
Once we receive the returned product, we will confirm it and within 10 days we will refund the selling price of the product by the same route that the payment was made. The expenses of return will be 50% between the client and ANNA SLOW®, except in the case of defective, incorrect products or size change.
In any case, if you would appreciate any damage to the product, resulting from transportation, you must promptly notify to the company of transportation. In this regard, we remind you that you are entitled to the guarantees and after-sales service which establishes the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007 of 16 November) in its Article 114 and following.

It is forbidden reproduction, distribution, sale, distribution or commercial use of the products purchased, either in whole or in part.
