Shipping, Changes and Returns

We deliver our products internationally, under the following conditions that we show you in the following table:

For reasons beyond our control (strikes in the sector, etc.) the term could be increased to 30 days. However, this period would be exceptional.

WHAT WAY OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?

Payments will be made at the time of placing the order and will be made through the Stripe secure payment platform.

The accepted forms of payment are: PayPal and credit card.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How long do I have to change or return an order and what is the cost?

You can change or return your order within fourteen (14) business days, counting from the date of delivery.

The first size change is completely free.

How should I do to request the exchange or refund?

To request a change or a return, you must contact us via email at annaslow@annaslow.com, providing us with your information and the reasons for the return or exchange.

In both cases we will send you a courier service to collect the product.

In the case of requesting a change in size or model, the same courier that delivers the new order will collect the previous one.

You do not need to put a return label on the package.

The objects must be returned in their original packaging and with all their accessories, if any, and in perfect condition.

If you appreciate damage to the product as a result of transport, we thank you if you notify us as soon as possible and the transport company upon delivery.

When will I receive the refund?

Once we receive the returned product, we will confirm it and within 5 days we will refund the sale price of the product in the same way that the payment was made.

In the case of product return, the cost of the courier service will be shared between both parties and will be discounted in the purchase refund according to the following table:
